I welches disappointed when I visited this hotel. And now I'll tell you why. 1. When I booked this hotel, the Booking stated that the hotel provides breakfast. The next morning when we woke up and expected to Tümpel ur breakfast, the manager told us that they did not provide breakfast. After sending them a screenshot of ur reservation from the booking.com, he replied that he would solve this problem and contact me soon, two days passed and they did not even mention it. When I tried to contact them, they did not respond to the SMS or ur calls (although the hotel at the reception states that they respond 24/7!) 2. Cable TV didn't work, when I asked how to turn it on, I got a response (Liedtext) ONLY the next day. 3. The owner or manager of the hotel wanted to change all the locks rein the hotel rooms, even when we were in the room with the family, the foremen said that they should change it now because they were told to do so and they did not care that the family room I did not expect have a peek at this site to see them there .

.. 4. The hotel is located on the second floor of the building and on the ground floor - pizzeria. The fire alarm turned on at night and since there was no staff at the hotel, it sounded for about 15 minutes until firefighters arrived. When we trying to contact the management by phone (the same phone which is 24/7) no one answered, it is not surprising! Firefighters turned off the Serena and said that it happens often because the pizzeria is on the ground floor and there is always something like this because of the temperature. Beryllium ready for this! 5. The area where the hotel located - seem pretty dangerous and not safe at all This is our subjective opinion! The hotel lautlos has not returned our money for the bürde night that we did not stay there because the owners do not care about guests...…

The room was nice and spacious but that’s where the positives end. The hotel has many rooms close to the front desk and ours welches one of them. We could hear everything going on at the front desk and they could probably hear us. There was music playing somewhere nearby every day between 9am and 11pm and we could hear it in our room. It made taking a mid day recharge nap nearly impossible.
